My family lived in Kathmandu for 3 years. I had done very well in America as a businessman, and even though I knew nothing about Nepal we came because we hoped we could help somehow in one of the poorest Countries in the world. After 3 years of this madness we didn’t just leave, we fled. It is disgusting! The immigration office, the home ministry, the doi, they are all disgusting. Evil people own Nepal. It is a land ruled by greedy thieves that are always lazy except when bribing. We made many friends, but not with thulo mancheharu. They are mostly evil. By the time we left we had spent more time and money on paperwork and the thieving ministries then we had on the development work we dreamed of. No wonder Nepalese want to leave so badly. Tyo desh mildhaina.
