Right now I received a SMS from Nepal Telecom’s service no. 14 and it was about the Dashain wishes. The NTC (Nepal Telephone Communication) wishes and gets charged time to time about the wishes and celebrations but they fail to give a good service along with the care.

warmest regards and best wishes of happiness, progress and prosperity on the auspicious occasion of Vijaya dashami 2064 – Nepal Telecom.

They send us SMS but when we send SMS to someone under our contacts, the related SMS transfers lately. Sometime the transfer of SMS gets failed too. Let me tell you people one thing. These days the connections of mobile phone calls are getting so poor that 25% of people have left carrying their cellphones.

Please NTC wake up, get to the work positively. Listen and work for your customer’s difficulties and services.
